Mid Capacity Rake (MCR)

  • Single manifold: A single manifold houses all hydraulic lines.
  • Gearbox: No gearboxes, so they’re easier to maintain mechanically.
  • Kicker wheel: The unique kicker wheel design prevents moisture retention in windrows.
  • Folding: Maneuver quickly through fields and rake faster with MCR’s even-folding capability.
  • Adjustable beam: An adjustable beam allows you to adjust your windrow width. It works independently from the general raking width.
  • Varying wheel sizes: For a larger raking area capacity, choose between eight, 10, or 12 wheels. The wheels are upgradeable with bolt-on extensions.
  • Suspension: When the spring tension is adjusted, the wheel suspension system works independently by pressing the wheels down in motion. This down pressure ensures less risk of foreign objects ending up in windrows than standard wheel rakes.

1820HD Windrow Pro

For those with extensive land and high demands, the 1820HD Windrow Pro is the heavy-duty choice. It efficiently handles all types of hay with features like:

  • Rake tines: 18 rubber-mounted double tines gather all hay types.
  • Height stop: Reach your ideal height on the bogie axle with height stop adjustment capabilities.
  • Wheel angle adjustment: Adjust the wheel beam angle to handle different crop conditions as you work.
  • Precision spring: This feature allows you to control the wheel pressure and reduce component wear and tear.
  • Wheels: 17 wheels with 52-inch diameters let you cover more acres faster, improving productivity with up to 29 feet of raking width.
  • Control box: A standard control box allows you to control every aspect of the Windrow Pro. It’s fitted inside, so you can take the reigns while seated.
